Meeting Room Rental Use Payment

1. ESFNA agrees the renter to use the meeting room on the contract requested date for four (4) hours to conduct a meeting.

2. The purpose of the meeting must be for legal purposes and must align with the core values of ESFNA.

3. The renter agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $300 (three hundred dollars) at the time of reservation for the use of the meeting room.

4. All food and beverage including coffee, water, tea, snacks, and soda, etc. served by the hotel must be paid by the renter.

5. Any Audio-visual and sound system use must be arranged by the renter with the hotel and must be paid by the renter.

6. The renter must provide a major credit card to the hotel to be on file for billing purposes.

7. The renter must provide its own supplies such as paper, pencils, and markers for its participants.

8. Arrangement of furniture and setting-up of furniture is to be done by the renter or persons using the meeting room.
