8-Day and 3-Day Passes

By purchasing and/or using an ESFNA pass, you agree to these terms.

1. Pass Types & Validity:
- 8-Day Pass: Valid for entry on all event days, from June 28, 2025, to July 5, 2025.
- 3-Day Pass: Valid for entry on the last three event days only, from July 3, 2025, to July 5, 2025.
- Special Passes: Validity and specific conditions for these passes will be communicated upon purchase/issuance and are subject to these terms where applicable.

2. All Sales Are Final:
- Please be advised that all pass sales are final.
- Passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. You cannot sell, give, or otherwise transfer your pass to another person for any reason.

3. Picking Up Your Pass:
- You can pick up your pre-purchased or special pass at the designated 'Pass Pickup' area at the stadium entrance during event business hours.
- A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) is mandatory to pick up your pass. The name on the ID must match the name on the purchase order.

4. Using Your Pass: Entry & Re-Entry:
- You must present your valid pass for entry every time you enter the stadium.
- 8-Day and 3-Day Pass Holders: Your pass includes in-and-out privileges (re-entry). You must present your pass each time you wish to re-enter the event grounds.
- Security personnel reserve the right to request your government-issued photo ID in addition to your pass upon entry or re-entry to verify ownership.
- Please keep your pass visible or easily accessible at all times while inside the event grounds.

5. Pass Sharing & Misuse:
- Passes are intended for the exclusive use of the individual to whom they are issued/registered.
- Sharing your pass with anyone is strictly prohibited.
- Any pass found being used by someone other than the registered attendee will be confiscated immediately.
- Confiscated passes will not be replaced, and no refund will be issued. ESFNA reserves the right to deny service to individuals involved in pass sharing.

6. Lost or Stolen Passes:
- You are solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of your pass once it is in your possession.
- If your pass is lost or stolen, you must report it to an official ESFNA staff member at the 'Pass Pickup' or 'Information' booth immediately.
- You will be required to provide proof of purchase and your government-issued photo ID when reporting a lost or stolen pass.
- Please understand that the replacement of lost or stolen passes is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ESFNA management.

7. Photo Requirements (If Applicable):
- If your specific pass type requires a photograph for identification purposes (e.g., certain Special Passes), you must submit a clear, recent picture that accurately depicts yourself.
- Submitting inappropriate images or pictures that do not clearly identify you will result in your pass request being rejected or your pass being invalidated without a refund.

8. Agreement to Rules & Consequences:
- Your use of this pass signifies your agreement to adhere to all these terms and conditions, as well as all posted event signage and instructions from ESFNA staff and security personnel.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the confiscation of your pass, denial of entry or service, and/or removal from the event without a refund.
